1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DinkUp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who Can Use DinkUp

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Account Registration

• →You must create an account to use the App.
• →You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• →You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• →You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• →You may not create accounts for others or impersonate any person.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• →Post offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing content
• →Impersonate other users or players
• →Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• →Spam other users via messages or game invites
• →Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App
• →Create fake profiles, fake games, or fake tournaments
• →Use bots or automated tools to interact with the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting content (messages, photos, pins, game listings) you:

• →Confirm you own or have the right to share that content
• →Grant DinkUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the App
• →Remain solely responsible for the content you post

We do not actively monitor all content but reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Premium Subscription

DinkUp offers an optional premium subscription ("DinkUp Premium") at:

• →$6.99 per month
• →$39.99 per year

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.3 No Refunds

6.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• →Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
• →Google Maps — court and location services
• →RevenueCat — subscription management
• →Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

• →DinkUp is a platform to connect pickleball players. We are not responsible for what happens during games, at courts, or between users.
• →Court information is provided by third parties and may not always be accurate.
• →We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App at all times.
• →Participating in physical sports carries inherent risk. DinkUp is not liable for any injury or loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinkUp and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or financial loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, code, and content created by DinkUp is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
